Executive Education

Total Leadership Connections, our state of the art executive enhancement seminar is now 10 years old. This four-session program completed in six months has a common theme talked about by graduates: ‘ It is life changing!’ Once you gain knowledge of where you fit in any system and learn to be PatternAware, all relationships are optimized. Outcomes both at work and at home become effortless and successful when you learn to observe, understand, and transform behavior patterns no longer effective.

We have also developed a popular and unique women’s retreat: WELL—Women’s Executive Leadership Learning. It targets the specific requirements of women and the important role they place in today’s work place.

We have regularly scheduled programs throughout the year at our executive retreat facility, The Country Place Retreat and Conference Center, in the mountains of Pennsylvania. Our center is conveniently located two hours between Philadelphia and Manhattan. We also offer all of our programs on-site at the location of your choice.
