Life-changing habits don't happen in a few hours or a couple of days.

Total Leadership Connections™ is a six-month immersion that provides rich, end-to-end experiences in Total Leadership, coupled with powerful peer-to-peer interaction and support.

Total Leadership Connections™ is divided into four sessions, held every other month at CEO's beautiful Country Place Retreat and Conference Center.

This private facility, located just two hours from New York City and Philadelphia in the Pennsylvania mountains, is easily accessible from major cities and transportation hubs. Yet it provides a serene and secluded environment away from daily distraction, so leaders can focus on the learning and growth they will take back to the workplace.

Participants have time between sessions to practice and integrate new insights, with the support of unlimited individual coaching by our expert facilitators. In addition, group teleconferences give an opportunity to reinforce learning.
